Configure a Shark 200 using the available Ethernet port

Note the Shark 100 with an Ethernet port is basically the same procedure.

Install Ethernet card in rear slot of Shark 200

Conn Mgr

Install Communicator Ext from Manufacturer’s CD or download from website and run.

Select Connection Manager

Add Loc

Select Add

Loc Edit

Select Network
Host is the Shark 200 IP Address (10.0.0.2 is default from factory)
The Shark 100 IP Address (10.0.0.1 is default from factory)
Network port is 502

Edit Device

Select Edit Current Device Profile

Configure

Select Network/IP Address and DNS

Configure as needed
