GRIDlink Registration Form

To ensure proper support and functionality, the end user must register this GRIDlink device. Registration is a security measure that ensures only authorized individuals can access and manage the device.

The primary contact’s email address provided during registration will be used to send important notifications and updates. These communications are critical for ensuring your participation in the Utility’s Demand Response (DR) events and maintaining the seamless operation of your GRIDlink device.

Important: If a GRIDlink cell router is included with your device, providing a secondary accounting contact is essential. This contact will be responsible for managing the data plan renewal. Failure to renew the data plan will result in loss of connectivity, which may prevent participation in Demand Response events.
