GRIDview Data doesn’t download
When I try to download data from GRIDview, I get a blank excel file.
Any Data button when clicked will open showing the data time stamped. By clicking the Export button, date parameters can define how far back you wish to see data. This is limited to Max Record Count and Max Record Age configured in GRIDview Settings.
SOLUTION:
In Device /Tags find the tag (register)
Click Edit
At the bottom click “Include in download history“
Save
