Fails to Come Online with GRIDview
Problem:
On a reboot the GRIDlink E Series does not come back Online with GRIDview.
Solution:
This is usually caused by the internal clock is out of sync. GRIDlinks will eventually sync with it’s configured ntp.pool but if the user needs to reconnect immediately follow this procedure:
Sync to Browser
Time Settings
Admin > System Time
Time Zone: ie US/Pacific
Sync to NTP Server: No
Set Date & Time Manually
or
[Use Browser Time]
System Time – Sync to NTP Server
After System Time is set re-establish the automatic synchronization with a pool ntp server.
