Modbus Transfer Fails to Remote IO

Problem:

Modbus TCP Transfers to Remote IO connected on Ethernet ports 1 through 4 fail.

Solution:

These ports are set up an a DHCP Server and will communicate with Remote IO having a static IP.

Make sure they have the same IP addressing system as this could have been inadvertently changed in the E Series.
